It's still Halloween here...

...well anyone who knows us, or has visited our home knows that for most of the year, it looks like Halloween got off the bus and decided to settle in our house lol. We've not taken the decy's down, well the ones that we put up that is lol. So that in the dark, the luminescent small skeleton that is still standing in the wee plastic witches cauldron in the kitchen frightens the bejeeus out of me...

This morning started off with me getting up late (around 8 ish), and not being able to tune in the damn radio, turned out that one of the cats must have been messing with the buttons, and had switched the setting to Low Wave instead of FM so nothing was getting through...Cats seriously, lol.
Sophie
Sophie's been for her walk, she's getting a bit better with the muzzle, though she's still trying to get to the other dogs, and some of the people walking down the street, but it's a necessary evil as we love the dog, and want to keep her safe. One lovely woman stopped and chatted to me while Sophie tried to get to her, and was busy doing her best impression of one nasty dog. The woman didn't bat an eyelid, just asked what breed she was, and how old, and talked to her as well as me, while keeping her distance. Another lady walking a small dog, admired her, as I held her back and let them pass. She said that Sophie's name was beautiful, and that she just needed to be given a chance.

Normally I'll walk her before everyone else is up and moving, but I'm wondering if that is a good thing now? Am I just letting her away with it? I know that a dog trainer would be best, but we dont' have that kind of money at the moment, and I doubt if we'll have it any-time in the near future. She's a lovely dog, and once she knows you she's so friendly, and bouncy. It's just getting to that stage with her that's the rub.

Anyway, the day ahead is looking intresting, I'm almost out of tabacco, but T will be home around 3 and we'll be going shopping and I'll be able to pick some up then. So, until then, coffee, ciggy and on with the day...

Love, light, laughter, joy and blessings to you all.

Gina
